Program Costs

  • There will be a program cost of $2,500*.  The program cost covers expenses such as faculty, curriculum, and associated materials. 

 Summer Pre-Service Stipend

  • Once a candidate has successfully completed the five weeks training, he/she will receive a $1,500* stipend and will be identified as a “highly qualified” candidate eligible to apply for job openings within Denver Public Schools in Secondary Math, Special Education, or Elementary Education in Spanish (ELA-S).

 School Year Salary and Benefits

  • Once an applicant secures a position with DPS as a teacher of record, he/she will start receiving a regular teaching salary and benefits, starting in September 2016.
